Who are we?
Do you ever struggle to find parking? In a busy city? On campus? Have you ever driven by someone's empty parking spot and think “I would pay them to park there for the day?” Do you ever avoid driving just because you dread looking for parking? EasyPark is a one-stop shop parking solution. The mobile app connects drivers with parking spot owners for reserved parking that saves both time and money.
Mission Statement:
Connecting drivers with parking spot owners for low cost and reserved parking.
Our Product

Mockup Testing
We presented the first row of mockups initially to potential users, asking them to “navigate” the app and narrate their actions. The users we tested said they would use the app to reserve parking spaces and rent out their parking space(s). However, interviewees were confused as to why there was no way to contact the spot owner.
After our initial testing, we iterated and added an additional page to our mockup that presented extensive contact information of the spot owner. Here are the final pages that showed in this round of interviews:

Conclusion
Our team started with a simple idea that aimed to both solve the frustrating issue of parking and make people money by essentially doing nothing. Through extensive research, testing via the Lean Startup methodology, and countless nights meeting and working, we learned a tremendous amount on the inner workings of the startup sector.
